“Creating a Culture of Wellbeing: Strategies and Best Practices for HR Leaders”
You’re invited to our second DEI Connect meet-up, organized by Women Go Tech! This time, we’re focusing on a topic that’s more important than ever: employee wellbeing. With the world facing a mental health crisis, it’s crucial to dive deeper into how we can support our teams.

- 20% of employees worldwide experience daily loneliness.
- Wellbeing among younger employees took a hit in 2023.
- Employee engagement plays a huge role in overall life satisfaction.
Join us at our meet-up, “Creating a Culture of Wellbeing,” where HR leaders from various Lithuanian companies will share their best practices. The lineup is filling up fast, and we’ll be sending out the detailed agenda soon—don’t miss out, reserve your spot today!
