Guide careers with purpose

Advance Your Career, Hone Leadership Skills & Shape Tomorrow’s Talent

Your expertise in HR and career counseling can make a transformative difference in someone’s professional journey. As an HR mentor, you’ll help mentees build confidence, navigate challenges and thrive in their careers – all while refining your own coaching and communication skills.

Our 6-month Acceleration program supports women in junior and entry-level roles who are eager to grow, gain confidence and transition into mid-level positions in tech. Your mentorship can provide them with the skills, insights and support they need to take that next step. How rewarding is that?
