The Women Go Tech mission is to navigate women towards careers in tech. We’re doing it by utilizing business professionals’ mentoring sessions, providing tech content, events, and a multi-layer community.

Started as a first mentorship program for women in Lithuania in 2017, we’ve expanded activities in the CEE region with focus on Baltics, Poland, and Ukraine. Having positively impacted the lives of hundreds of women and cultivated a new generation of female role models in tech, our NGO has grown from a local project into a movement with significant influence across the region. We are also a long-term grantee of Google.org.

700 + women have successfully transitioned into IT fields with the help of the mentorship program and over 19.000 women participated in the introduction course “Discover Tech”.

We are committed to educating 20,000 women on the use of AI tools and applications in Central and Eastern Europe by 2026.

We are the winners at the “European Digital Skills Awards 2024” in the “Women in ICT Careers” category.
