Have professional experience in HR, People, Talent, or related roles

What HR consulting looks like

HR consulting in this program focuses on career readiness and professional positioning, supporting early-stage professionals as they prepare for the job market.

As an HR Consultant, you contribute by:

– Leading focused 1:1 career conversations around CVs, applications, and job search strategy
Sharing real hiring perspective and practical insights from your HR experience
– Providing direct, constructive feedback to help mentees move forward with confidence
Supporting mentees at key moments where clarity and guidance matter most

This role offers a meaningful way to support women as they build and grow their careers in tech.

Program at a glance

A 6–month structured mentorship journey

Month 1 – Getting started
Onboarding, orientation, mentor matching, and goal–setting.

Months 2–5 – Mentorship & growth
1:1 mentoring, ongoing support, HR consultations, and optional community or networking events.

Month 6 – Reflection & next steps
Review progress, sharpen direction, and define what comes next.

Throughout the program, you’ll also have access to optional events focused on leadership, career growth and community learning.

Time commitment

The HR Consultant role is designed to fit alongside full-time work and other professional commitments.

Consultations: one 60-minute consultation per mentee, 5–10 mentees over the duration of the program

Events: Optional shared learning sessions or workshops

Total duration: 6 months (approximately 5–10 hours in total)
