Natalia Chojnacka, IT & Data Manager
My involvement in the Women Go Tech program has reinforced my belief that knowledge only gains real value when it is shared. Being a Mentor is one of the most rewarding experiences – I have a genuine impact on others’ development, I see their progress, and I watch them gain confidence in the industry.

Valeria Dikonova, Product Designer at UpCloud
I joined Women Go Tech because I believe mentorship can make the difference between doubt and direction. Having someone to ask, challenge, and support you early on is invaluable, and I wanted to be that person for someone else.

Vitalija Bartusevičiūtė, Senior Consultant – Data Engineer
Mentoring often feels like a solitary experience, just you and your mentee navigating challenges without a broader support system. This program changed that experience completely. It introduced a dynamic, cross-track community where mentors and mentees could connect, share insights, and lift each other up.
