6-month mentorship program

Career Tracks for April-October 2025 Cohort

As a mentor, you’ll dedicate 2–3 hours per month to mentoring sessions, preparation, and supporting your mentee. The program runs for six months, giving you the opportunity to guide and empower a junior professional as they take the next step in their tech career.

HR Mentorship

Your expertise in HR and career counseling can make a transformative difference in someone’s professional journey. As an HR mentor, you’ll help mentees build confidence, navigate challenges, and thrive in their careers—all while refining your own coaching and communication skills.

Who Can Be an HR Mentor?

Experience

Has 4+ years of experience in recruitment or career counseling.

Language

Is fluent in English (native language can be used with mentees, if applicable).

Time Commitment

Can commit to 7.5 hours over six months, plus preparation and follow-ups.

Mentor Activities

Support areas for mentees

Networking, project enhancement & resource guidance, portfolio and resume development, role-specific challenges and daily job insights. 

Mentor trainings

Our mentors get free trainings to help them during the mentorships. Currently our trainings are provided by OVC consulting.

Networking & events

We organize online and in-person networking events with other mentors and mentees. Our mentors can also attend all of our events free of charge
