Training academy

ServiceNow Academy is a great opportunity to get to learn ServiceNow development from professional mentors, and gain valuable real-life work expierence. During the program, you will be employed as a paid intern and will be learning ServiceNow development-specific topics and applying gained knowledge to your own team project.

Apply if you have:

  • An understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Git repositories and usage 
  • Finished at least 2 years of IT field study program at university, college, graduated coding school or adequate online courses
  • Enough time to study and create a group project (approx. 30 hours per week) with the ability to come and work from the office
  • A can-do attitude and motivation to propel your career to a new height

Customer Success Specialist (Rotating shifts) (based in Lithuania)

Job description:

  • Communicate with customers and solve their website-related issues via live chat and tickets.
  • Be a true ambassador, and show our customers what customer obsession is really about.
  • Focus on the customers’ success by offering additional services, tools, and products.
  • Dive deep into the world of IT by continuously polishing your technical background.
  • Deliver impactful work on a company scale.

Apply if you have:

  • Native written, and spoken proficiency in Lithuanian (a must).
  •  C1 written, and spoken proficiency in English (a must).
  •  Minimum 1-year work experience in the IT field, and/or IT-related studies.
  •  Proven ambition and focus to develop your knowledge in IT (a must).
  •  Strong interpersonal skills such as proactiveness and empathy.
  •  Hunger for learning and growing.
  •  Ability to work 40 hours per week (5 days a week) in rotating shifts (including 5 nights, and 2 weekends).
  •  You are based in Lithuania.
