You can join without ChatGPT Plus, but it is important to know that some of the workflows in the program show how to create your own GPTs, which are not available on the free version of ChatGPT.

That means you can still follow the workflow logic without ChatGPT Plus, but some supported materials and step-by-step build tasks are designed specifically for paid-plan features. If you want to get the full hands-on experience, ChatGPT Plus is recommended.

No. There are no live sessions planned for the self-paced cohort.

Everything is available on demand through recorded materials on the Circle platform, so you can learn at your own pace and access the program whenever it suits you.

Yes, the course is fully online. Plan for around 5–7 hours per week on average.

The program includes practical use cases across tools such as ChatGPT, Google Sheets, Excel, Zapier, n8n, Notion and related workflow tools.

The goal is not to master every platform, but to understand where each tool fits inside a useful workflow. You should be able to complete the tasks using the free plans of Zapier and n8n, but be mindful of trial periods ending and set yourself a reminder to cancel if you do not want to continue with a paid version.
