Good to know before you join
No. Taking part as an HR consultant is free of charge.
One 60-minute consultation per mentee, with 5-10 mentees over six months. Roughly 5-10 hours in total, plus optional events.
Experience with tech, IT or digital roles is preferred, not required. Onboarding covers how consultations run here.
Focused 1:1 conversations around CVs, applications and job search strategy, plus direct feedback and your real hiring perspective.
We match you with mentees after admissions close, based on their track and goals, and help schedule the sessions.
1 September – admissions open. Applications for mentees, mentors and HR partners go live.
15 October – admissions close. No applications accepted after this date.
