“The Acceleration Program was a good investment in myself – even as a woman with no technical background could understand what I need to learn as a business owner. I am grateful to my mentor who took me through this journey with professionalism and providing a safe space for development.”

This is for you if…

Three signs the program is the right fit.

You already have a foot in tech, whether that’s work, an internship, freelance or a bootcamp, but you’re not sure what to aim for next.

You’re motivated, but you’re missing structure and an honest outside perspective.

You want to grow around women who get it and mentors who have been where you are.

FYI

Good to know before you apply

Is it really worth the fee?

12+ hours of one on one mentorship alone would cost far more privately, and that sits alongside consultations, networking events and the closed community.

What’s the difference between Core and Core Plus?

Core covers mentoring, community and events. Core Plus adds the HR consultation and the HR course.

How much time does it actually take?

Around 2-3 hours a month. It’s built to run alongside a job or studies.

I’m not that technical yet. Can I still join?

If you have some experience, whether that’s work, an internship, freelance or a bootcamp, you’re a fit, even if you’re still exploring.

When does the next edition start?

1 September – admissions open. Applications for mentees, mentors and HR partners go live.
15 October – admissions close. No applications accepted after this date.

Scholarships

If the fee is a real barrier, say so

Scholarships are for women for whom the fee is a real barrier: students, women between jobs, women on a low income or facing specific hardship.

If you can afford it, paying means another woman who can’t gets her place.

Who qualifies
Students or recent grads without stable income Unemployed or between roles Low income relative to your country Specific hardship, such as single parent or sole earner
What we need

A short written explanation of your financial situation.

What we expect

Scholarship places carry the same expectations as paid places: attend sessions, engage on Circle and complete the program.
