After months of learning, growing, and connecting, we celebrated the grand finale of the our Acceleration Program in true style! This journey has been nothing short of transformative, and our graduation event was the perfect way to reflect on everything we’ve achieved together.

The night was full of inspiring moments, but Laima Šlapkauskaitė’s session, Strengths Revolution: Empowering Growth by Unleashing Hidden Potential, was the cherry on top. Laima’s thought-provoking talk challenged us to rethink the way we approach personal and professional development—focusing on strengths rather than weaknesses. It was one of those “aha!” moments that will stick with us for a long time.

Highlights of the Night

We kicked off the evening with opening words from Kamilė Pancekauskaitė, setting a warm and celebratory tone. Our partners, including Adform, Luminor, Telia, and SEB, shared their reflections on the key takeaways and milestones from 2024, reminding us of the power of collaboration and community.

And then came Laima’s session, which was like a breath of fresh air. She not only inspired us to recognize and nurture our unique talents but also gave us practical tools to make it happen. The night ended with a buzzing networking hour where new connections were made, and exciting ideas for the future started to take shape.
