Professional project manager +10 years managed different scale and technologies projects, using Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies. In a world where everyone is hugely busy, a project manager’s job of bringing a team together to work as one is far from easy. You might not have the specific skills or knowledge of each project member, but what is excellent at is seeing the bigger picture of how the jigsaw fits together and moving the right pieces to the right place at the right time. I want to encourage Woman Go Tech participants to dive deeper into PM’s profession and ready to share my experience.
