An IT professional with 5+ years of leadership experience in IT Operations within financial sector. I have started my career as IT Service Desk analyst and took on a number of Team management positions (within IT Service Desk as well as platform development). For the last 2 years I am heading Global Service Desk of 70+ people across 3 locations (Lithuania, Denmark and Finland) which is supporting 20.000 Danske Bank Group colleagues globally. During my tenure at Danske Bank, I have been responsible for launching new support channels for the users, including but not limited to Self-service portal and AI powered chat bot. I am constantly sharing my experience on AI, customer support, service desk operations in international conferences, e.g. ITSMF, ServiceNow Knowledge, Vestergaard; and I am really keen to share my knowledge with WGT mentees.
