She has over ten years of experience in digital transformation, business development, brand strategy, and communications. Her passion for celebrating innovation is known in the industry through her work in tech, product development, and media industries. Currently, she is acting as CCO of the Fintech Company Nikulipe with a focus on alternative payment methods. Erika is also an active part of the Lithuanian tech community, namely as the ambassador at the WomenGoTech mentorship initiative, where she aims to inspire budding tech professionals and entrepreneurs. She is also the co-Founder of mobile software development company deverium and LOGIN Tech Festival – the largest innovation gathering in the Baltics.
