Communication is at the core of Project Management. From cross-team cooperation to successfully managing client expectations and mitigating the change in the company’s DNA, it has to be clear, concise and motivating. I believe that asking the right questions no matter how hard they might be, are necessary to manage the risks and achieve results we can all be proud of.

In my career I have learned that no matter how culturally different the people may be, if you happen to work on the same project, you also have to take on the responsibility to create a comfortable environment where thoughts are heard, and the super-powers of each team member are embraced.
