I have over eight years of experience in facility management and team-leading positions in large commercial property establishments and the automotive industry. My professional experience in a fast-paced client-focused environment has taught me to make quick and effective decisions while working on multiple projects at once, to solve problems quickly, and to act in critical situations. For the last 3 years, I have been responsible for the facility management of HELLA factory building, various building replacement projects. One of the biggest projects was to start a factory development and construction from the scratch in a greenfield project, and now run an extension of the building construction. By contributing to the Women Go Tech initiative, I believe I can share my experience and knowledge, while also improving together with the participants.
