Kęstutis wrote his first line of code nearly 30 years ago. And as soon as he touched web development – it was love at first sight. This passion led him into a career of enterprise level web application development where for the last decade he has been leading teams in creating software for 3M, Daimler, Volkswagen, Liebherr, FAZ and others. Over the years working closely with his teammates and mentoring a fair share of junior developers he has realized what makes a team great and what it takes to become a great team member that you can rely on and fully trust. Now instead of focusing on writing amazing software his focus has shifted to building great teams that create even better software.
