I have been working in IT area as a test specialist for more than 16 years. Started as an intern in insurance IT company and currently I’m working as a QA Guild Lead in Nord Security. Have a lot of experience in testing and test management, requirements gathering, processes improvement and support on big projects in distributed international environment, worked according Agile/Lean/Safe/Waterfall methodologies. Participated in Agile Tour conferences as an organizer, have certification as an Advanced Scrum Master / team coach. Looking forward to share my experience and knowledge to anyone who is interested in quality assurance.
