I have been working in IT company for 11 years as a product development team lead. Was one of the founders of Agile association in Lithuania and a board member of the First Board of association. My experience is very broad from how to not be afraid to step into the tech world and how to choose the right path. I have been mentoring in many hackathons events on national and international levels. Currently, I am a mentor in an EIT Food project EWA for women in the Agrifood sector.
