At Toptal Laimonas is responsible for scaling Toptal’s business sustainably through building a culture of modern Agile project and program management, focusing on the implementation of business-oriented delivery frameworks across the Product Management and Engineering functions. He brings over 15 years of experience in the IT industry, working both at hyper-growth startups and Fortune 50 (Microsoft) and 500 (CSC) companies.

Laimonas holds a Bachelor’s in Business Information Management and a Master’s in Communication Science from Vilnius University where he also used to lecture on IT Project Management. He is a co-founder and a board member of “Agile Lithuania” association and speaks at various local and international conferences.
