I truly believe that finding your own style to get things done is a skill to aspire. This motto is the driver of my professional career in IT. I started as manual tester and advanced my career by gaining experience through testing various products, leading testing and working with different people. All of it allowed me to become an advocate of agile testing practices. Currently, I am responsible for defining and executing quality strategy at Juvare, worldwide provider of emergency preparedness and response software solutions. In addition to that I’m an active IT community member and part-time lecturer in KTU, my alma mater. I am proud that my team members and my students are really successful in their careers, so I hope that sharing my experience will help WGT mentees to advance in theirs too.
