Currently, I am responsible for engineering operations and country activities at Juvare, worldwide provider of emergency preparedness and response software solutions. Spending 17+ years in software engineering taught me to be a team player, servant leader, and apply agile mindset daily. While gradually moving through various roles from hands on, process to leadership it became evident – when teams and individuals feel empowered they invest into self-development and are eager to share their knowledge. I am excited to become WGT mentor and empower more women to advance their career in IT by sharing my knowledge in software delivery process, development life cycle and leading change.
