During my 20 years career within SEB Baltic IT, I gained a lot of experience both in IT operations and IT development fields. It gave me an opportunity to grow as Professional and the Leader.

Participating in and managing different projects in the Baltics I gained priceless experience in planning and managing workflows and time schedules, building architecture, solving technical questions. I gained a lot of experience working with different people in different countries and managing International Team. In incident/problem handling area I learned to take decision in a timely manner with highest possible quality for our customers and to work well under high pressure. I’m technician from beginning to the end. Positive approach and focus on everyday tasks, this is who I am.
