I fell in love with IT science since my school days and have been working in it for more than 20 years. During my career I had an incredible journey from entry positions to management roles and worked with fantastic leaders who shaped my career a lot and inspired me to become who I am today. I have been working in people management area for the last 5 years, my biggest passion and personal joy is to work together with people, identify their strengths and to support their growth. In the recent years I led internal testing academy, internship and mentorship initiatives and had a great chance to be one of WGT mentors last year which was unbelievable experience!
