When I first noticed “Women Go Tech’s” announcement, I took it as a chance to feed my curiosity: what is inside of IT world, from a perspective of not just a user, but also a creator. I am sure that my mentor’s tips and guidance to the right direction was a key factor helping me to land in a new position as a tester. I would like to encourage people who are interested in engineering but lack the courage to make changes in their career – from my own experience, I can tell that having the right motivation one can achieve a significant breaktrough even in short periods of time. I had some basic knowledge about programme testing before joining “Women Go Tech”. However, my progress was rather slow and I wasn’t sure how to accelerate and improve my knowledge.
